FE x Wenger Pilot Knife

Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s shaped a lot of us. Action movies of the day were things of legend. Magazines like Soldier of Fortune (and hidden stashes of Playboy) opened our eyes to the things we wanted, but could not yet have.

If you were lucky, around the age of 10 or 12 you got a survival knife with supplies in a hollow handle and a compass for the tang. Assembled in Taiwan by kids younger than you, it didn’t last a week of hard use in the fort you built a mile from home. Rambo’s knife never broke. What the hell?

When we first saw the Wenger Pilot knife, nostalgia struck. It’s an American boyhood dream perfectly executed by a knife maker who grew up right alongside us and decided to right some wrongs.
