"Well made from the leather to the swivels. Nice to have a sling that is made right here in the US and is built for the long haul. Yeah, you can buy a cheap, made in china, Walmart sling for 30 bucks but it won’t anything your grandson is proud to lug your beat up, worn to silver, rifle with in 50 years. I’ll take legacy over economy every time."

Super comfortable and worked great in Africa.
"I bought this based on the reviews from many outlets and the original maker seemed to be the gold standard of African slings. It really can be used with one hand and survived great considering I have had other leather slings fall apart. It will be used on my . 375HH from here on out and I will be picking up another soon."

Purchased for South Africa this
"Purchased for South Africa this summer. So far it feels comfortable on the shoulder and has enough grip with the leather to stay put."

Great sling
"Great sling, great quality! Going to last a long time!"
Lived up to the hype.
"The sling, like my other FE products, lived up to the hype. Also, and I think not coincidentally, drilled a running 140-pound South Georgia boar the very first time I took this sling to the woods."

"Excellent sling - easy to adjust and, yes, it stays in place and does not slip. Plus, it's Field Ethos."

Mandatory piece of gear
"I've used this sling on hunts from elk to zebra over the past few years, and mine is just about worn in. Carries every rifle well, doesn't walk off your shoulder, and doesn't dig, bite, or slide. I need to buy a few more, but I'm a cheap bastard and these aren't."
