At first glance, The Patteson soft shell appears basic…by design. The cut, lack of velcro patch areas and other “tactical” features—even the color itself was selected to bring as little attention as possible to the man wearing this jacket. Instead, we focused on durability, versatility and anonymity.
For durability we selected a barely noticeable rip-stop fabric that won’t snag or tear easily during surface contacts. For versatility we chose a blend that stretches in active scenarios and sheds rain long enough for a wearer to find shelter. For anonymity, we chose gray.
The semi-athletic cut was designed for full articulation without garment shifting while allowing for EDC concealment along the waistline.
We’re not fortune tellers, but Preparedness In Anonymity is a good theme for 2025.
